At Sycamore Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 3.Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
