Do bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We provide a basic tool kit and video instructions, though we recommend professional assembly for optimal performance.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors or modified are subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we partner with specialized providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest installments.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All new bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects and component malfunctions. Coverage periods vary by brand, typically ranging from one year on parts to a lifetime warranty on the frame for the original owner.
